ПРЕВОЂЕЊЕ ГЛАГОЛА TO GO СА ЕНГЛЕСКОГ НА СРПСКИ ЈЕЗИК КРОЗ ПРИЗМУ КОГНИТИВНЕ СЕМАНТИКЕ

Овај рад има за задатак да испита поступке преводилаца при превођењу глагола to go са енглеског на српски језик, са посебним освртом на превођење значења која се могу размотрити из перспективе когнитивно-семантичких теорија – теорије сликовних схема и теорије појмовне метафоре. Рад ће кроз анализу речничког значења и паралелног преводног корпуса сагледати дословна и метафоричка значења глагола to go и повезати их са појмовним метафорама које овај глагол може да манифестује, док ће се одређене сликовне схеме употребити у циљу разјашњавања појединих значења и њиховог превођења са изворног на циљни језик. У крајњој инстанци, рад пружа и неколико закључака повезаних са концептуализацијом кретања код говорника два језика.
